 This is important because you will be registered with a used exam attempt if your exam paper has not been submitted correctly by the deadline.

 On the study portal's FAQ about digital exams, you can, among other things find information on:

•  Requirements for file format and size
• How to convert to PDF
• How to get technical support

 Remember to start uploading well in advance of the submission deadline.
