If you did not apply or get an exchange position during the 1st allocation round, you can apply for the positions that are still available during the 2nd allocation round.
The exchange positions are allocated according to GPA.
The same application requirements are the same as in the 1st application round (GPA and language requirements etc.) The requirements are listed in the MoveON database, where you can also read more about the universities (see list below) with available exchange positions.
Master students who have not yet passed any courses (bachelor or master) at AU, must submit their bachelor’s diploma as the GPA from this degree will apply.
Be aware that if you were offered an exchange position in the 1st allocation round, you cannot reject the exchange position and apply for a new in the 2nd allocation round.
Exchange postions rejected by students in the 1st allocation round is not offered in the 2nd allocation round.
The application portal MoveON opens 30 January 2024 at 8.00 a.m. and closes 8 February 2024 at 8.00 a.m.
