Dear students

A large number of you have experienced that your written on-site exams today, Wednesday 3^rd January 2024, have been cancelled with a very short notice or after the exam has started. We understand and regret the frustration this has caused and acknowledge that our communication in this regard has been confusing and inadequate. We would like to send our unreserved apologies to all of you who were affected by this.

Cancelled exams on 3^rd January 2024
Aarhus BSS Studies is currently planning alternative dates for the cancelled exams.

As soon as possible, all affected students will receive information in their AU email about where and when the make-up exams will be held. If you are unable to take the make-up exam, you can apply for dispensation to go directly to the reexaminations in February instead.

Cancelled exams today will of course not count as a used exam attempt.

Exams that were not cancelled on 3^rd January 2024
If you, due to the weather situation could not show up for your exam today, you can apply for dispensation to have your examination attempt cancelled.

Exams on Thursday 4^th January 2024
As a rule, all exams will be conducted as planned. Ie. If you turn up, we will do everything we can to ensure that you can complete your exam. Overall, it is a great inconvenience for you students that exams are cancelled or postponed, and by announcing this today, we hope that as many of you as possible will be able to find a way to come to campus tomorrow.

As the weather situation is constantly evolving, we encourage you to stay informed via the study portals, Brigthspace and your AU mail.
