Pre-departure meeting and Q&A for Natural and Technical Sciences- Departure spring 2027
The International Center is holding a Pre-departure meeting covering topics such as the application process, insurance, residence permits, and language tests. The meeting is specifically aimed at students planning to go abroad in the spring of 2027.
Time: Wednesday the 16'th of september 2026 at 16:30
Place: online (a Zoom link will be sent directly via email)
Following this, the International Office (Faculty of Natural and Technical Sciences) will host an online Q&A session at 17:30, where you can ask questions regarding applications for pre-approval.

Meet and Greet at your faculty (Nat and Tech)
A unique opportunity to meet fellow students from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and the Faculty of Technical Sciences who have studied abroad, as well as current international exchange students, for a pleasant afternoon with cake and soft drinks. The event is open to anyone curious about studying abroad for a semester! The event includes a presentation from the International Office, and your international coordinator from the faculties will be present and ready to answer your questions.

Workshop - The application form
At the institutions of Natural and Technical Science, we are offering two workshops in November where you can get guidance on your application in MoveOn. Staff from the International Team at Nat and Tech will be on hand to assist with any questions - for example, regarding the application form or the host university’s website. Please note that this applies to the application round with a deadline of December 1'th 2026, covering the autumn 2027 and spring 2028 semesters.
