The course is based as a field course with the duration of 3-4 days in the spring semester, normally taking place on a field station somewhere in Denmark, with the purpose of introducing collection and identification methods for the ascomycetes. The students will collect material themselves in the morning for identification work, working the rest og the days with the collected specimens.
It is possible to follow the course for English speaking students with no special problems. Most of the used literature is in English.
