Waste sorting - Download posters

Here you can find posters about waste sorting at AU, which can be printed out and hung up at the waste sorting stations in AU's study areas, classrooms, lecture halls, canteens, offices and kitchenettes.

Posters with examples of waste belonging to each of the fractions

Here you will find ten posters with examples of waste belonging to each of the ten fractions of household-like waste, to help staff and students sort their waste.

When putting up the posters by the waste sorting stations:

  • Download the posters corresponding to the fractions at the waste sorting station. For example, if there is a bin for residual waste, food waste, food and drink cartons, and plastic, you should print those four posters.
  • Print the posters in A4.
  • If possible, laminate the posters to make them more durable.
  • Hang the posters for each waste fraction directly over the corresponding waste bins. If one waste bin is used for several fractions, you can hang the posters in a vertical row over the waste bin.
