Why does AU have a carpooling club?

In line with AU’s climate strategy, the university has created a carpooling club for employees and students via the Ta’Med app, which is operated by the Federation of Danish Motorists. By making it easier for employees and students to share lifts, AU aims to contribute to the green transition and to reduce CO2 emissions and the number of cars on the road. And because the club is only for people at AU, it also provides an easy and safe way to start your carpooling journey.
