Identify Your Skills and Competences
In this workshop we will work with finding and communicate the competences you have gained during your studies and life in general.

An awareness of your competences will:
- Increase your awareness of what you can do – and what you have learned during your studies
- Increase your awareness of how your competences can be used and developed
- Increase your ability to explain what you can offer to the labour market (student jobs, voluntary work, study projects)
Furthermore we will have a look into your preferences.
Be ready to share your experiences with fellow international students at AU and also be ready to give feedback on other students competences.
As part of the workshop you will be given a small reflection assignment to fill out before the workshop.
The workshop will be facilitated by Karen Lintner from Arts Karriere.
