AU's IT systems are continually being updated and maintained, but approximately once every three months all of the maintenance tasks that require the IT systems to be taken out of operation are undertaken. One of these ‘service windows’ will be carried out during the weekend of 15-16 November. This means that it will not in general be possible to use a number of the university's IT systems.

On 22 October at 10:00 the rector will hold an open meeting for all employees and students at Aarhus University. The meeting will take place in the Main Hall and a live stream of the event will be available on AU's website.
