STADS is once again up and running, and you can register for spring classes and exams. The registration deadline is Thursday 7 November at 23.59.
Before the start of the programme, you/your company will receive an invoice for tuition fees and possibly catering. Please follow up on the invoice, as it is your responsibility to ensure that payment is made on time.
Please send an e-mail to evu.bss@au.dk. if there are any changes to your payment details.

The electives 'The Digital Organisation' and 'Digital Innovation' cost more due to study trips abroad.
You will have to pay for your own travel expenses and accommodation.
If you are enrolled under earlier MBA academic regulations (before 2021), the following price applies:
MBA thesis: DKK 36,000
As we do not receive taximeter funding from the state for non-EU/EEA residents without a permanent residence permit, we have added a supplementary payment of approximately DKK 660 per ECTS credit to the tuition fee for this group of students. Click here to read more about tuition fees.
The deadline for timely payment is stated on the invoice. There is a payment deadline of 14 days.
You risk losing your student place if payment is not made by the deadline.
If you apply shortly before the start of the semester or if you have been admitted to an available student place then there will be a short payment deadline (often only a few days). This is because the availability of student places is determined close to the beginning of the semester and close to the deadlines that allow the university to receive government funding. The short payment deadline also ensures you can gain access the IT systems you need for your studies.
We will send a reminder to the invoice recipient if the payment deadline is not met. If payment is not made after the reminder has been sent, then you will be withdrawn from the degree programme.
You or your company will receive the invoice within one week of your registration being approved (this can be checked in Student Self-Service (STADS)).
It is up to your company to decide how they want to receive the invoice. For example:
EAN number
Company's digital post
Company invoice email
If you are paying yourself, the invoice will be sent to your private e-Boks.
Payment for programmes lasting more than one semester is by instalments. Therefore, you will not have to pay the entire cost of the programme in one payment. Payment is usually charged once per semester. However, you may receive multiple invoices if you are enrolled on more than one course. This means you only commit to one semester or even one course at a time.
If you want to withdraw from a study programme you will need to do so in writing to evu.bss@au.dk.
The deadlines for withdrawal are 1 September and 1 February. If your course starts earlier than the deadline dates, withdrawal must be made before classes begin. The tuition fee cannot be reimbursed if you withdraw after classes have begun.
Reimbursement after the deadlines above is only possible if you can document exceptional circumstances.
Please note that if you withdraw after the course has started, you will not be allowed to take the remaining classes at a later date.
However, you are still entitled to three exam attempts even if you withdraw, but this does not apply if your tuition fee has been reimbursed.
