Here you will find information about our office hours, the programmes we advise on and who we are.

 

Online office hours via Zoom

The student Counsellors' office is still closed for personal and telephone enquiries, but you can contact us by email. You can also contact us via Zoom in our office hours – without making an appointment in advance.

How does it work?

  • Click on the link in the form with our office hours.
  • If there is a 'queue', you will automatically start the meeting in the "waiting room"
  • When it is your turn, the councellor will admit you
  • You decide whether you want to be use the video function or not

The more information you're able to provide about your situation, the better we will be able to help you.

  • Write your degree programme in the subject line of the e-mail
  • Write your student registration number in the e-mail.

We respond within 7 days if possible.

When contacting us via email, it is important that you always use your AU email account. This is to ensure that your personal data are protected in the best possible way, as AU’s email system is a secure system, and to ensure faster processing of your enquiries.

In order to protect your personal data in the best possible way, we will send all replies to your email enquiries to your AU email account.
