Welcome! This is where you can get in contact with student counsellors for your programme.
Here you will find information about our office hours, the programmes we can advise on and how to get in touch with us.



The student counselling is closed due to summer holiday in July and we will be back in August.

Choice of study and admission 
If you have questions regarding choice of study programme or admission, you can contact Guidance at AU:

Adminsitrative questions 
If you have practical or administrative questions about your education programme, you can contact Study Center Arts. Study Center Arts will answer your mails i the period from 6th-31st of July, but they will not be answering requests made in person or by telephone (during those days there will not be done any case handling):

If you have any troubles registering for your re-exam you should contact Study Center Arts by mail before the registration deadline. If you do so your request will be considered timely and we will help you getting registered correctly. Study Center Arts handles all requests concerning re-exams as quick as possible when they re-open on August 3rd 2020.

The more information you're able to provide about your situation, the better we will be able to help you.

  • Write your degree programme in the subject line of the e-mail
  • Write your student registration number in the e-mail.

We respond within 7 days if possible.


When contacting us via email, it is important that you always use your AU email account. This is to ensure that your personal data are protected in the best possible way, as AU’s email system is a secure system, and to ensure faster processing of your enquiries.

In order to protect your personal data in the best possible way, we will send all replies to your email enquiries to your AU email account.

Student counsellors

You can contact any of us for help - but each of us has an academic specialisation, so we may refer you to another student counsellor for certain questions. If we can't answer your questions, we will normally be able to direct you to someone who can.
