Changed Office hours

Please note that the modified times follow the original structure of the meeting time: the first hour is phone hours, while the last two are open for physical attendance

Wedensday the 29th of March, Emma's office hours will be rescheduled. She will be present on Monday the 27th of March from 8.00-11.00 instead.  

Thursday the 30th of March: Charlottes office hours are move so it will Friday the 31th of March at 8 AM to 11 AM.

Wednesday the 19th of April, Sofia will be present istead of Emma.

  • Write your degree programme in the subject line of the e-mail
  • Write your student registration number in the e-mail.

We respond within 7 days if possible.


When contacting us via email, it is important that you always use your AU email account. This is to ensure that your personal data are protected in the best possible way, as AU’s email system is a secure system, and to ensure faster processing of your enquiries.

In order to protect your personal data in the best possible way, we will send all replies to your email enquiries to your AU email account.

You can contact any of us for help - but each of us has an academic specialisation, so we may refer you to another student counsellor for certain questions. If we can't answer your questions, we will normally be able to direct you to someone who can.
