Below you can see when you can meet us. Our office hours are open and you don't need to book or make an appointment with us - you can just call or show up. You can also send us an email - remember to use your AU-email if you are a student at Aarhus University
How can we help you?
We can answer your questions about study planning and guide you through the choices and opportunities on your study program. We can also help you with questions of a more personal nature - including study doubts and your well-being on your studies. If we can't answer your questions, we can usually help you further.

Please remember to write your degree programme in the subject line when writing emails to us and to include your student registration number in your mail. The more information you're able to provide about your situation, the better we will be able to help you.
You can contact any of us for help - but each of us has an academic specialisation, so we may refer you to another student counsellor for certain questions. If we can't answer your questions, we will normally be able to direct you to someone who can.
