It has become clear that we are facing some challenges with the fire safety in buildings 1461, 1463, 1465 and 1467 in the Nobel Park.

No more than 25 people are allowed on each floor above level 2. Following instructions from the fire authorities, we are therefore required to move all teaching taking place in rooms from level 3 and above in the affected buildings from on-campus to online in week 9.

You will receive direct notification by email and from your teachers in Brightspace. We are working on finding solutions going forward, and during week 9 you will be informed about the next steps. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this change will cause.

Unfortunately we also need to reallocate exams. If you have an exam in week 9, you will receive a message from Arts Studies with information about where your exam will take place. The exams will be conducted as planned — just at a different location.
