Students and teaching staff can return to the teaching rooms in the Nobel Park from week 11
Update on the room situation in the Nobel Park, effective from next week
Dear students,
We are very pleased to inform you that we have now received the temporary approval required for you to return to the teaching rooms in buildings 1461, 1463, 1465, and 1467 from Monday next week. Please keep an eye on Brightspace and your timetable on mitstudie.au.dk, where you will receive further details.
Unfortunately, there will still be limitations on the use of the study environment rooms, and we must also maintain the reduced number of study seats under the library. For that reason, we need to find alternative solutions for the remainder of the semester. We are aware that it is very important for you to have opportunities to meet in more informal settings.
We are therefore working on finding replacements, and a meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, where we can jointly identify the best possible solutions. In addition to the Vice-Dean for Education, staff from Arts Building Services, the student wellbeing coordinator, the Head of School at IKS, and others will attend to help address the challenge.
You can find more information about the dialogue meeting here.
Thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards,
Dean Maja Horst and Vice-Dean for Education Niels Lehmann
