Deadline for submission of exam assignments

If you have taken an exa and did not submit your assignment within the prescribed deadline, you may apply for an exemption from the submission deadline.

For on-site exam (written exams), guidance on how to apply for an exemption is available in connection with the exam process.

For take-home assignments, you must apply for an exemption via mitstudie.au.dk.

When applying for an exemption, you must include your exam assignment and any appendices, ensuring that all material to be assessed is submitted with the exemption application.

 

A prerequisite for being granted an exemption is that you can document exceptional circumstances that prevented you from submitting your exam assignment within the deadline. Exceptional circumstances are defined as circumstances beyond your responsibility in relation to the exam.

If you experience difficulties submitting your examination assignment before the submission deadline, please follow the instructions below:

Take-home examination: Submit your assignment by email to [email protected].

On-site exam (written exams): Ensure that your assignment is saved in WISEflow.

Please note that:

• Your assignment must be submitted or saved before the submission deadline expires.
• You are still required to apply for an exemption regarding late submission or release of your assignment through mitstudie.au.dk.

As a student, you are responsible for:

• Keeping yourself informed about submission deadlines related to exams.
• Keeping yourself informed about where and how to submit your exam assignment.
• Ensuring that you upload the correct file (including any appendices) when submitting your assignment.
• Ensuring that your technical equipment functions properly during the exam, including access to and operation of the systems required for the exam.
• Allowing sufficient time to submit your exam assignment within the deadline.
