Student organizations can get a distribution list in Outlook by contacting their local IT-Support. IT-support will need the following information:
- Who is the owner of the distribution list?
- All distribution lists must have an owner, identified by an AU ID.
- The owner is responsible for ensuring that the distribution list is up to date. Contact your local IT support if changes need to be made.
- Who should be added to the distribution list?
- Provide the names and AU IDs of the desired members for the distribution list.
- Naming the list?
- Provide a desired name for the list, e.g. #sekretariat, student council
- Who should be allowed to send emails to your distribution list?
- Everyone in the world - with or without moderator
- Everyone in the shared email and calendar system - with or without moderator
- All students - with or without moderator
- Only participants on the list - with or without moderator
- Only specifically approved people
