Write to us

We process emails all weekdays between 9 and 15, but there may be up to five days' response time.

If you have problems close to a deadline, and the study centre is closed, you must write to us before the deadline. The receipt of your email is your documentation that you have contacted us in due time.

If you can't get hold of the Study Centre

If you have any problems close to a deadline - and the Study Centre is closed:

  • Write to us using one of the mailforms

The receipt of your email is your documentation of when you have contacted us.

Do you need a signature?

If you need Study Centre Arts' signature on a form or similar, you must fill in and sign the document before sending it to the Study Centre.

This will usually mean that you must:

  • Print the document
  • Fill in and sign it
  • Scan it
  • Use one of Study Centre Arts' mailforms to upload and submit the scanned file.

The study Centre will return the document to your AU email or e-Boks.

In order to protect your personal data in the best possible way, the Arts Studies Administration will send all replies to your enquiries to your AU email account.
AU’s email system is a secure system, and the use of it ensures faster processing of your enquiries.
