Stricter guidelines for travel to high-risk countries

  • Take a 'clean' PC on your trip –> return it to your it-support when you come back, and do not connect it to the AU network again
  • Mobile phone that supports two-factor authentication
  • Restrict access to AU data (digital and physical) - store data on an encrypted USB stick
  • Use VPN access for all network access
  • Be careful about what you leave in a hotel safe deposit box
  • Contact your it support if you suspect that your device or user login may have been compromised.

Read about it-security while travelling on the CFCS website (in Danish only) and in the travel guides issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark (in Danish only)
