If you need to take an exam from a previous semester, you can register for re-examination for the winter exam 23/24 on your STADS self-service. See more on the Study portal's page on re-examination.

You will receive your certificate within two months from the announcement of the result of your final exam (July is not included).

Study Center Arts is closed between 3 July and 28 July (weeks 27, 28 and 29). The studencounsellors are on holliday in the same period.

At the Faculty of Arts on-site exams and set take-home assignments are anonymised. To support good supervision and the opportunity to receive feedback, the free take-home assignments will not be anonymised.

You will be registered for compulsory teaching and corresponding exams, but it is your responsibility to ensure that you are registered correctly.

If you are thinking about studying abroad in the spring of 2024, and if you haven't yet applied for one of the available exchange spots, you can apply until the 1st of May. Check out available exchange spots via MoveONs database.

If you plan to replace one of your courses in the autumn 2023 with a course from another degree programme at Aarhus University or another university in Denmark or abroad, you need to apply for advance approval no later than April 1.

Between 15-28 February, you can register for re-examination in courses that you have followed in a previous autumn semester.

However, if you are a bachelor student, only selected autumn courses are offered as re-examination in the summer of 2023.
