Then you should keep a close eye on your AU email. The central international office at AU will host an online pre-departure meeting for students who have been allocated an exchange seat after each application round to inform about the next steps.

• All students who have been allocated an exchange seat will receive an invitation to the meeting via AU email.
• The meeting covers general information about what students need to be aware of in regards to the upcoming exchange.
• The meeting is held in both Danish and English.
