Public holidays where you have no teaching or exams

  • Christmas holiday: 22 December - 1 January
  • Easter holiday: Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Monday
  • Ascension Day
  • Whit Monday
  • Constitution Day (5 June)

Please notice, that there may be take-home assignments that take place during public holidays.

Autumn holiday, winter holiday and the days leading up to Easter holiday

There may be teaching and/or exams in:

  • Autumn break (week 42/in October)
  • Winter holidays (week 7/in February)
  • the 3 days leading up to Easter holiday

Therefore, you should not plan holiday during these weeks unless you can see from your timetable and your exam schedule that you will not have classes or exams during this period.
