If you are unable to submit an exam assignment because of sickness or other unusual circumstance, and there is less than seven days to the deadline, you need to apply for exemption to be deregistered.
You can apply for exemption via mitstudie.au.dk. Remember to attach relevant documentation to the application. In the case of sickness this documentation will be in the form of a medical report.
