Educational support for students suffering from a chronic or serious disease.

If you suffer from a chronic or serious disease that gives you some practical or educational difficulties, we can apply for support for you through the SPS-system.

Practical difficulties can be things such as pain during sedentary work, visual disturbances, or limited mobility.

Educational difficulties can revolve around things such as concentration, memory, and perspective, and often ties together with fatigue and exhaustion.

The options for support depends on what types of difficulties you experience, but could be:

  •  Assistive devices.
  • Academic mentor – or educational counselling program, to help with perspective, prioritizing and talking about curriculum.
  • Secretary hours (e.g., to help with notetaking)
  • Other things
