  • Write your student registration number in the e-mail.

When contacting us via email, it is important that you always use your AU email account. This is to ensure that your personal data are protected in the best possible way, as AU’s email system is a secure system, and to ensure faster processing of your enquiries.

In order to protect your personal data in the best possible way, we will send all replies to your email enquiries to your AU email account.

You can contact any of us for help - but each of us has an academic specialisation, so we may refer you to another student counsellor for certain questions. If we can't answer your questions, we will normally be able to direct you to someone who can.
