You can then book a workspace in building 5124:

Once you have been approved to book a project workspace, you will also receive access to the building through your student card.

You can book project workspaces for individuals as well as for groups of two or three students.

Project workspaces are available during the following periods:

  • Spring semester: From week 6 until Friday of week 26 at 16:00

  • Autumn semester: From week 35 until Friday of week 4 at 16:00

Your access to the building will end once you graduate.

Guidelines for Using ECE Project Workspaces

When using a project workspace, you must comply with the following guidelines:

  • Project workspaces may only be used during the period for which they are booked.

  • Tables and chairs must remain in the project room.

  • You must keep your workspace tidy and remove your own waste.

  • It is not permitted to bring or use electrical appliances (such as electric kettles, refrigerators, coffee machines, toasters, sandwich makers, or similar) in the rooms due to fire safety and the building’s electrical installations. Any such appliances will be removed without notice. Please use the student kitchens instead (5124-122, 5125-217, 5125-317, 5125-407 and 5789-004).

  • Project rooms may not be used for gatherings or parties.

  • Due to the alarm system and building security, windows must not be opened:

    • 18:30–07:00 on weekdays

    • During weekends and public holidays.
