Application for a project room

If you are enrolled at ECE, you can apply for a workspace for your bachelor or master project using the form below.

Due to high demand, starting from the spring semester 2026, the workspaces will be converted into flexible desks in a designated area. A fixed room will not be assigned.

Important: Your application must be submitted on time in order to be considered a space.

Workspaces will be available for both groups and individuals.


Please note that projects with Non-disclosure agreements (NDA) will not be prioritized. 

Spring

  • You can apply from December 1st
  • Final deadline is December 19th
  • Applicants will receive a response during week 6
  • The workspace will be available until 16 PM, Friday in week 26

Fall

  • You can apply from May 1st
  • Final deadline is June 22nd
  • Applicants will receive a response during week 35
  • The workspace will be available until 16 PM, Friday in week 4
