What is the Student Self-Service (STADS)?

Through the Student Self-Service (STADS) you can:

  • Check your grades
  • Withdraw your 3rd examination attempt
  • Check your registrations
  • See which class you're in
  • Apply for leave
  • Print transcripts
  • Request withdrawal

How do I log on to the Student Self-Service (STADS)?

All students at Aarhus University should use mit.au.dk to gain access to the Student Self-Service (STADS).

When you click 'Sign in', you will be sent to a Microsoft page. It will ask you for your AU ID username (AUxxxxxx@uni.au.dk) and your password. Once you have entered them, you will be sent to the new version of mystudies.au.dk.

I passed the reexamination but the failed result still appears on my transcript

The system will always save all results – passed and failed, but only the passed results will appear on your final diploma.

My transcript fails.
