Digital exams at Arts

The Digital Exams system is used at Arts for both set assignments and take-home assignments on a topic of the student’s own choice – also assignments followed by an oral exam – as well as oral exams, class participation and written on-site exams.
Master’s theses must also be submitted in the Digital Exams system.

About the Digital Exams system

You will receive a notification email when your exam has been activated in the Digital Exams system. Remember to always check your exam timetable, where you will find information about your course exams.

It is important:

  • that you meet the submission deadline and submit your assignment no later than 14.00 (other rules/deadlines apply to exams subject to invigilation). Assignments received after the deadline will be rejected
  • that you remember to press the ‘Submit’ button in the system when you are ready to submit your assignment
    – in connection with written take-home assignments, except the Master’s thesis, you can edit assignments which you have already submitted – it is always the most recently submitted assignment that is saved in the system. Remember to press ‘Submit’ again
    – in connection with Master’s theses and written on-site exams, assignments cannot be edited or deleted after submission. So make sure that you submit the final version
  • that you prepare in advance for the exam form in the Digital Exams system
  • that you, no later than one week before the exam, contact the Studies Administration if you have trouble finding your exam in the Digital Exams system.
