Student organizations are offered a functional mailbox in Outlook. All functional mailboxes are created as shared mailboxes that can be accessed by multiple people.
A functional mailbox must have a primary and secondary owner, identified by an AU ID. The owner is responsible for the mailbox and determines who else is allowed to access it. If ownership of the mailbox is to be transferred to someone else, remember to notify your local IT-support.
Student organizations can order a functional mailbox by contacting their local IT-support
NOTE! As a student, you cannot have a functional mailbox created. Students are instead offered a solution in Mailman. Read more about Mailman.
