All students at Aarhus University use the entrance mitstudie.au.dk to get to their Student Self-Service (STADS).
Here you get two options for logging in, NemLog-in (MidtID) and Aarhus University (WAYF).
As an active student, you must select 'Aarhus University'. When you press 'Log in', you will be sent to a Microsoft page which will ask you for your AU-id username (AUxxxxxx@uni.au.dk) and your password. Once you have entered this, you will be forwarded to Student Self-Service (STADS).
Through the Student Self-Service (STADS) you can:
Contact the study center at your faculty.
Contact information is displayed on the right hand side of this page.
Addresses are daily loaded automatically from the CPR-register. Wait a couple of days and check again. If the address is still incorrect, please contact Studiesystemsupport.
The system will always save all results – however, these results will not appear on your final diploma, as long as they are not a part of your current academic regulation.
Under the first step, choose “Transcript (passed grade results in English) – default”, then press “Create pdf transcript”. After doing this, press the “Update” button, until “Transcript (passed grade results in English) – default” appears with status “ready” in the schedule beneath step 4. This will create an overview of all passed grade results on both completed educations, as well as open educations (not aborted!).
The reason is, from a technical view, that when an academic regulation is changed and results from the old regulation “automatically” appears, it is (technically) a credit transfer in the system. However, these results will not appear as credit transfers on your final diploma.
When new academic regulations are introduced, the study board sometimes decides to move students from the old to the new regulation, for practical/technical reasons. Due to this, you may have been moved to another regulation, without having applied for it yourself.
