In some locations, AU makes a network drive available to students, and if you use it, you will be guaranteed automatic backup.
- You may only store study-relevant material on the university's network drive, and AU reserves the right to scan the contents of students' network drives to prevent misuse.
- The content of students’ network drives is generally considered your private property, unless you are also an AU employee.
Aarhus University makes solutions available for storing data. If you use one of the solutions below, your data will automatically be backed up, and you do not need to do anything else.

- As an employee, you are responsible for ensuring backup of work-related information and data on a media that is available to the university.
