As almost all exams at Arts are digital, you must always bring your computer to written on-site exams.
You need two-factor authentication when logging on to WISEflow, so remember to bring your mobile phone.
Some of the on-site exams to be processed in WISEflow are monitored using the Device Monitor system.
Please contact Study Centre Arts if your exam is not visible in WISEflow no later than one week before the exam starts.
In your flow overview, you can see the deadline for your exam paper. It is not possible for you to submit your thesis after the submission deadline. Always make sure to submit your paper well in advance so that any unforeseen problems can be dealt with before the deadline.
In connection with written on-site exam/hall exams, you CANNOT edit or delete your assignment once it has been submitted in WISEflow. Therefore, only submit the final version.
When you have submitted your exam paper, you will be able to see a receipt in WISEflow indicating that you have submitted on time. Remember to check your receipt to be sure that you have submitted the correct submission.
For some written on-site exams, students can write part or all of their answers by hand. It is your responsibility to scan the parts of the exam paper that have been written by hand and submit them in WISEflow so that they are included in your answer. You do this either by attaching them as appendices or by inserting them as images in your exam paper.
If you need to use your phone during the exam to log on to WISEflow again, you must contact an invigilator.
Yes. When you have submitted your exam paper, you will be able to see what you have uploaded and submitted under "1. Exam paper".
You can view your exam results in the Student Self-Service (STADS) system, which you can access via mystudies.au.dk.
For exams, it can take up to four weeks from the exam date until you receive your assessment.
Some of the on-site exams that must be cancelled in WISEflow must be monitored using the Device Monitor system. When Device Monitor is turned on, it automatically takes screenshots of your screen during the exam. It depends on the individual exam whether you need to have Device Monitor turned on - and you will be notified about this before the exam.
