Exams in WISEflow | Students at Arts

  • Always keep an eye on your exam schedule for exam dates, assessment dates and deadlines for registration and withdrawal for re-examination.
     
  • You can see the time and room in WISEflow: the latest deadline for submission of a written assignment, the date and time of an oral exam, and which room you will be in at oral examination or on-site exam.
     
  • We recommend, that you set up WISEflow to sendt you e-mail notifications (See guide here)
    Among other things, you will receive an email 24 hours before the exam starts.
     
  • In WISEflow, exams are called 'flows', so the 'flow overview' gives you an overview of the exams you are registered for in WISEflow. If you would like to see how WISEflow works, you can log in and select 'Demoflows and then 'Try demo' on the flow type in question

Administrative support for students

If you have problems with your registration for exams or other questions about the exam, please contact your exam team. Find the team's contact information in WISEflow in connection with the exam in question. If your exam is not visible in WISEflow no later than one week before the exam starts, please contact Study Centre Arts.

Set up WISEflow to send you notifications

  1. Log on to WISEflow.
  2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and select ‘Edit profile’.
  3. Select the ‘Email’ tab and turn on ‘Receive notification’ next to your AU e-mail address.
  4. Click ‘Save settings’
  5. Ensure that you receive e-mails by clicking the ‘Send testmail’ button.
