When your exam is ready in WISEflow, you will receive a notification sent to your AU email, and you can log into the system to see the exam’s opening time.
Please contact Study Centre Arts if your exam is not visible in WISEflow no later than one week before the exam starts.
In WISEflow, you must submit your main document as a PDF. If your exam consists of several parts – e.g. a Take-home assignment on topic of student’s choice + a set take-home assignment – these must be combined in a PDF document. You can find (free) programs on the web that you can use for this.
In your flow overview, you can see the deadline for your exam paper. It is not possible for you to submit your thesis after the submission deadline. Always make sure to submit your paper well in advance so that any unforeseen problems can be dealt with before the deadline.
Yes. If you have submitted but change your mind, you have the option to withdraw your submission and upload a new one. However, please note that this must be done before the submission deadline. Once the deadline has passed, it is no longer possible to withdraw your submission.
For Master's theses in particular: You may not withdraw your Master's thesis once it has been submitted.
Read more about group formation in WISEflow.
Your fellow students who you have added to the group must now accept the invitation.
This also takes place in WISEflow. Here, they can see the group invitation under the selected flow.
When you submit your assignment in WISEflow, only one of the group members uploads and submits the assignment and any appendices.
If this does not solve your problems, send your response as soon as possible to:
studiecenter.arts@au.dk
If you have sent your answer to the email studiecenter.arts@au.dk, you must also apply for dispensation to have your paper sent for assessment if you send it after the deadline for submission. You can apply for an exemption using the form "Exemption" on mystudies.au under "Applications for board of studies".
When you have submitted your exam paper in WISEflow, you will see a check mark and the text "Submitted" will appear. In addition, you can press "Send receipt" and receive a receipt in your AU email.
It is important that you check your receipt. (Check the spam filter if you don't see it.)
Yes. When you have submitted your exam paper, you will be able to see what you have uploaded and submitted under "1. Exam paper".
