How to register for exams

NB: The registration forms on the student self-service are not suitable for smartphones – we strongly recommend using a computer for registration.

As a rule, you are automatically registered for all mandatory exams when you also have a course registration. Your exam registration is binding once the registration period has ended.

It is your responsibility to register for a possible re-exam*.

To register for a re-exam you must do the following:

1) Log on to the student self-service (STADS) through mystudies.au.dk

2) Choose the tab ‘Examination’

3) Choose ‘Register’

4) Choose the relevant exam in the dropdown-menu

5) When you have ticked off the relevant exam, press ’save registration’

* Vacant place scheme, credit module, or exchange-student

If you are a vacant place scheme student, credit module student, or an exchange-student, you cannot register for a re-exam through the student self-service.
